Ordering & Subscription Answers

1)   I sent the free trial form in, but didn’t hear back from you.
This means the confirmation we sent was likely returned to us as undeliverable, meaning the e-mail address you entered was incorrect. It is easy to mistype an address.

Since your e-mail address is the only way we can communicate with you (unless you provided additional  address and/or telephone information) we are unable to let you know there is a problem.

Not receiving the confirmation message within 24 hours means we are unable to reach you.  Please resubmit your subscription information, and always  double-check your e-mail address.

2)   How do I sign up for the real-time intraday Signals?
The Real-Time Bulletin Signals for the S&P 500 and Nasdaq futures are not currently available. Please visit the Mentor Updates for trading tips and instruction.

3)   Can I order just the Real-time Bulletin Signals without ordering the Overnight Update?
In order to receive the Bulletin Signals, you must also receive the Overnight Update. The Update gives you valuable information and analysis that can help you form low-risk trading ideas. The Overnight Update and the Bulletin Signals were conceived and designed to be used in conjunction with each other.

The signals present real-time buy/sell, trade management, and exit recommendations based on the Timing, Support/Resistance, and Commentary Analysis found in the Overnight Update. This information is important if you want to gain a better understanding of the markets.

The Overnight Update also gives our Trading Statistics which will help you gain confidence in our Signals. Also in the Update is a review of the Current Performance which includes all of the actual real-time buy and sell recommendations made that trading day. Daily trade review is critical to become a better trader.

4)   After I have placed my order, how long does it take to activate my subscription?
Your order is activated as soon as your credit card details have been processed. You will be then asked to choose a User Name and Password and given immediate access.

5)   What services do I get with the free trial?   
The free trial period gives you all the services a Subscriber receives: both the Overnight Update and the Bulletin Signals. The Overnight Update  is e-mailed to you and is also posted on our web site on the Historical Results page. 

6) I am filling out form for a free trial. I do not want to enter credit card information for this.

None is required. You may have been on the page for subscribing, rather than the free trial. Go to the form for a free trial to submit your details for when we again offer the Real Time Signals.
